Inclusion Criteria
- age 18 or older
- clear cornea (pupil can be easily measured)
- patients with hypertension must have resting BP not more than 160/95 mmHg
- patient receives studied eye drops in only 1 eye
Exclusion Criteria
- pupil distortion or any congenital anomaly of pupil (such as corectopia)
- untreated appositional angle or angle closure
- pregnancy
- allergic to any of the study drugs
- patient who cannot complete the study
