•They met the diagnostic criteria of secretory otitis media and had a medical history within 3 months;
•It met the diagnostic criteria of secondary tinnitus, and tinnitus occurred after secretory otitis media;
•Ages between 18 and 60 years;
•Agree to follow the treatment plan, be able to understand and actively cooperate with acupuncture treatment;
•Be able to correctly describe their wishes, voluntarily fill in the informed consent form, and agree to participate in clinical subjects

•Those with skin damage and infection within 2cm radius of the needle entry point around the ear and cheek, which are not suitable for acupuncture;
•Patients with hematopoietic system, heart, kidney, liver and other organic diseases;
•Space occupying lesions or trauma requiring surgical treatment, external auditory canal occlusion, congenital malformations;
•Pregnant and lactating women;
•Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month.
•Those who meet any of the above conditions cannot be enrolled.
