Inclusion Criteria
Avbahuka diagnosed according to classical signs and symptoms described in ayurveda as well as modern text.
Patient of both sexes within age group 20-60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with history of fracture of affected hand/ dislocation.
tuberculosis
pregnancy and lactating female
diabetes mellitus
leprosy
congenital anomaly
patient in which agnikarma is contraindicated
anemia
