入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with partial tear of rotator cuff .
- •Primary traumatic or degerative rotator cuff tear measuring 3cm or less.
- •Will give informed consent related to autologous PRP preparation and injection
排除标准
- •Rotator cuff tear secondary to fracture .
- •Patients associated with dislocation.
- •Rotator cuff tear that underwent prior surgical repair or revision arthroscopy.
- •Non-surgical rotator cuff associated treatment in one month prior to PRP injection including corticosteroid injection.
- •Prior PRP injection.
- •Pre-existing condition associated with upper extremity pain including arthritis, ongoing infection, carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical neuropathy or orther nerve pathology , local malignancy and systemic disorder like uncontrolled diabetics, hypothyroidism.
- •Patients with gross shoulder instability .
- •Patients who are pregnant or plan to be in next 12 month .
- •Patients with pre-operative platelet count less than 125000
