Eligibility criteria:
1) Adolescents aged 10-18 diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, as indicated by recruitment notices or outpatient encounters.
2) Both the participant and their parent (legal guardian) have provided informed consent to participate in the study and understand its purpose.
3) Participants aged 10-18 who are capable of communication and capable of using an Android smartphone.
4) Individuals without any accompanying conditions that impede physical activity.
1) Individuals with cognitive impairments preventing them from independently responding to questionnaires.
2) Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders or currently undergoing medication treatment.
3) Participants with significant accompanying conditions requiring treatment other than type 1 diabetes.
