- •1.patients aged from 20 to 85 years old
- •2.acute ischemic patients admitted within symptom onset < 48 hour
- •3.acute stroke attributed to large artery atherosclerosis
- •4.clopidogrel naïve patients
- •5.patients with Informed consent
排除标准
- •1.patients treated with IV Thrombolytics
- •2.pateents with stroke attributed to non-atherosclerotic arteriopathy such as Moyamoya disease, cervical dissection and fibromuscular dysplasia
