OBJECTIVES: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of selected yoga practices on mobile phone addiction and associated psycho-physiological variables among nursing students. A total of 108 students will be recruited and divide into two groups. The interventional group will receive a structured yoga program five days a week for 80 days and waitlist control group during intervention phase, control participants carried on with their regular activities, and after study was over , they received the identical 21 days yoga module .Mobile addiction scores and physiological parameters will be assessed at baseline and after 80 days.
PARTICIPANTS: (Inclusion): Nursing students (18-25 years) with high mobile addiction score who provide written informed consent.
Exclusion: Students already practicing Yoga, those with physical major injuries, or those under psychiatric treatment.
INTERVENTION: A structured 45 minutes yoga session(sukshma vyayam , asana, pranayama, relaxation) will be conducted 5 days a week for 80 days.
METHODOLOGY: This is a prospective trial where assessment will be done at Baseline (Day 0) and at the end of 80 days to measure the impact.

- •College students between the age of 18 and
- •Meeting the requirement for a standardized assessment tool Smartphone addiction scale(SAS SV)for mobile phone addiction.
- •Individual who will consent to the research.
排除标准
- •Individuals who have undergone surgery during the previous six months.
- •Anyone suffering from any kind of mental illness.
- •Those who are not regular yoga practitioners.
- •Those who can not read and understand the english language.
