Inclusion Criteria
first stroke
Mild to moderate memory disorder
Exclusion Criteria
- Dementia
- Depression
- coexisting psychiatric or neurological disorders
- Persons with addictions and in poor general condition
- Legally incompetent persons
- Persons in official or judicial custody.
- People with convulsions in the history of the disease.
- persons with reduced vision, which can not be compensated by a correction
- Individuals with monocular vision, visual field defects or neglect.
- People with dizziness.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The path to be learned is divided into different path sections. For each section, a waypoint will be awarded in determining the learning growth. The dependent variable consists of the learning gain is operationalized by the difference of the sum of the waypoints reached in the baseline investigation as well as the final examination.
