Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation.
  • 2\. VAS score \=4 and \<7\.
  • 3\. Aged between 25 and 65 years old.
  • 4\. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily become the subject.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Those who cannot tolerate cupping or those who have broken skin or ulcers at the required cupping site.
  • 2\. Those who have surgical indications such as cauda equina symptoms and progressive muscle weakness and need surgery.
  • 3\. Those receiving nerve block and other invasive treatments.
  • 4\. Other types of chronic pain or acute pain.
  • 5\. Pregnant, lactating, menstrual women.
  • 6\. There are spinal infections, tumors, tuberculosis, trauma fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, infectious diseases, etc.
  • 7\. Those who suffer from mental illness or do not cooperate for other reasons.
  • 8\. Patients with serious cardiovascular, kidney, liver, peptic ulcer, coagulation disorders and other diseases.
