Inclusion Criteria
Patients having classical symptoms of liver diseases Patients between age groups of 16 and 65 years Abnormal Liver Function Tests Recently diagnosed ( < 12 Months) USG evidence of hepatomegaly
Exclusion Criteria
Ischemic heart disease chronic renal failure lung diseases myxoedema nephritic Syndrome Alcoholic liver diseases Hepatocellular or any other carcinoma Tuberculosis STD sickle cell disease
Portal vein obstruction biliary obstruction ascites Drug addictââ?¬•s rapid deterioration Recent history of fever within past 2 weeks (Because fever can have nonspecific hepatosplenomegaly)
