Inclusion Criteria
Participants with acute (less than 6 weeks) neck pain
Clinical Prediction Rule:minimum three of four positive tests (Spurlingâ??s test, Distraction test, Positive Neurodynamic tests(Level 2 and above35) and ipsilateral cervical rotation of less than 60 degrees)
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic (more than 6 weeks) neck pain
Any pathological, neurological or systemic disorders
Recent major trauma or fracture of cervical spine
Vertebrobasilar insufficiency or vertigo
Whiplash Associated Disorders
