Inclusion Criteria
1. Newborn male and female babies
2. Babies who are receiving hepatitis B vaccination and have not received any intramuscular injection for last 1 hour.
Exclusion Criteria
1. babies who are crying continuously before vaccination
2. babies who are sick
3. the babies who is having birth asphyxia and congenital abnormalities
