简要总结

Aging leads to undesirable changes in physical and psychological health associated with aging. Yoga is a holistic practice which is shown to successfully modulate the mind and thus effective in curbing these changes. There is evidence to suggest that mind-body therapies greatly help in combating the downfall of immune system, prevent cognitive decline and reduce inflammaging. Yoga not only help prevent but also reverse these changes paving the way for a better future in elderly care.
