Adult women under the age of 65 who have a spouse who is a married woman diagnosed with breast cancer
Those who meet the criteria for overweight or higher with a BMI of 23 or higher
12 months after surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy as the primary treatment for primary cancer
Those who have an Android smartphone and can use mobile applications
Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study in writing after hearing the explanation of this study
Patients with recurrence, metastatic cancer, or other primary cancer
Patients currently undergoing surgery or chemotherapy
Those with musculoskeletal disorders that may affect physical activity
Those who participate in regular exercise programs and health programs
People with serious mental illness
Those who have other acute or chronic diseases other than breast cancer, such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes, and chronic renal failure
