入选标准
- •Persons with a diagnosis of emotionally unstable personality disorder, borderline personality disorder or cluster B traits by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist
- •Age between 18- 40 years
- •Two suicidal and or non-suicidal self-harm behaviours or contemplation of these in the last 2 years, at least one occurring 10 weeks prior to recruitment.
- •Score above 0.64 on Borderline symptom checklist- 23
- •Living in India
排除标准
- •Diagnosis of comorbid psychosis, bipolar disorder
- •Evidence of organic brain disease or mental retardation based on clinical interview.
- •Having received or currently receiving DBT skill training or group therapy in the last one year
- •Not able to read, write and speak English.
- •Having no access to a personal computer, laptop or tablet connected to internet.
- •Inpatient stay for psychological problems in the last 4 weeks. (to exclude unstable and severe clients)
