- •Irrespective of gender religion race prakruti marital status socioeconomic status
- •Students from age group 18 to 30yrs
- •Students having nidravaishamya will be selected as per the case record format specially designed for the study
- •Pittsburg sleep scale index scoring from 6 to 14(poor quality sleep) and above 14(depressors) will be included in the study.

- •Major illness for ex. Heart diseases, lung diseases, brain diseases, and diseases including all vital organs)
- •Students on medication for sleep disorders
