Inclusion Criteria
hospitalization; age 4 to 7 years; familiar with Persian language; during interventional procedures, no specific treatment is not done on child; Relative rest; child hospitalization remain be at least 5 days. Exclusion criteria from the study: unwillingness to cooperate during the the study; agent or drug that can affect on child attention; child discharged from hospital.

Name Time Method Anxiety. Timepoint: Before intervention and after 4 sessions of storytelling in both interventional group and one month after the end of intervention as measured anxiety again. Method of measurement: Preschool anxiety scale.
