It will be included volunteers of both genders; adults; aged between 20 and 65 years; body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 34.9 km/m2, who are eutrophic subjects; pre-obese or with moderate obesity (degree I). Volunteers should report complaints of low back pain for a period equal or greater than 3 months, with the same intensity, irradiated or not for their lower limbs.
It will be excluded volunteers who present lumbar cancer; coagulation disorders; infection; neurological deficits; and volunteers who use anti-inflammatory; and / or analgesic drugs during the study.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase of at least 1 cm in the flexibility of the lumbar region in the test of sit and reach measured in centimeters in Wells bench after treatment with phototherapy;Decrease of at least 20% of the severity range of functional disability measured by the Oswestry Index of disability after treatment with phototherapy;Decrease of positive responses (yes) by 10% in the Roland Morris functional disability questionnaire after treatment with phototherapy<br>
