Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder by DSM-IV and anxiety symptoms by Beck Anxiety Rating Scale ( at least 16) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (at least 13);Age between 18 -65 years old;lack of phisical disorder. Exclusion criteria: History of bipolar disorder or schizoaffective ; Suicide or homicide risk; Contraindication for psychiatric medicine;ECT in the last month;Substance abuse;Pregnancy;Breastfeeding;Planning a pregnancy in female;Psychosis
