1) Pain within at least two of the following:
Positive Thomson test (Resisted wrist extension).
Resisted middle finger test and
Mills test (Full passive flexion of the wrist).
2) Pain or tenderness on the lateral epicondyle of the humerus when palpated by
therapist.
3) Participant who is willing to participate.
4) Pain intensity level of participant in NPRS (Numerical Pain rating scale) lies in
between 3 to 6 on 0-10 points.
5) Chronic lateral epicondylitis patients (duration more than three months).
6) Unilateral involvement.
1) Pain more than 6 in the Numerical Pain Rating Scale.
2) History of trauma, elbow instability etc.
3) History of Elbow surgery in last 5 years.
4) Having history of cervical spine or other upper limb dysfunction ossification and
calcification of soft tissue, malignancies.
5) Any history of neurological impairment.
6) History of Osteoarthritis in elbow joint.
7) Recent steroid infiltration.
