Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Informed consent of the patient
- •\- Initial diagnosis of a non\-dislocated radial head\- / radial neck fracture (type Mason I)
- •\- First presentation or inclusion \<48 hours after trauma
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Refusal to participate in the study
- •\- Additional injury to the arm or other body regions (AIS greater than / equal to 1\), exception: bilateral radial head fracture
- •\- patient \<18 years
- •\- Significant previous damage to the elbow (previous operation, osteoarthritis greater than / equal to Kellgren I, anticoagulation)
