- •Informed consent of the patient
- •- Initial diagnosis of a non-dislocated radial head- / radial neck fracture (type Mason I)
- •- First presentation or inclusion <48 hours after trauma
排除标准
- •- Refusal to participate in the study
- •- Additional injury to the arm or other body regions (AIS greater than / equal to 1), exception: bilateral radial head fracture
- •- patient <18 years
- •- Significant previous damage to the elbow (previous operation, osteoarthritis greater than / equal to Kellgren I, anticoagulation)
