Inclusion Criteria
- •The study will be conducted in sixty patients , of ASA1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2\.Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study
- •3\.Contraindication(s) to peripheral nerve blocks such as local skin infection, coagulopathy, or bleeding diathesis
- •4\.Preexisting neurological deficit or neuropathy in the upper extremities
- •5\.Chest or shoulder deformities on the operative side.
