Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • The study will be conducted in sixty patients , of ASA1 and 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients not willing to participate in the study
  • 2\.Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study
  • 3\.Contraindication(s) to peripheral nerve blocks such as local skin infection, coagulopathy, or bleeding diathesis
  • 4\.Preexisting neurological deficit or neuropathy in the upper extremities
  • 5\.Chest or shoulder deformities on the operative side.
