1. Patients with unilateral distal radius fractures meeting the diagnostic criteria of distal radius fractures;
2. Patients over 60 years old and under 85 years old;
3. Patients who met the following conditions after manipulative reduction: radius shortening <= 2mm, ulnar angle reduction <= 3 degrees, articular surface collapse <= 2mm, palmar inclination reduction <= 9 degrees;
4. Dual energy X-ray examination: t value < - 2.5;
5. Patients who agreed to participate in this study.
1. Patients with old fracture;
2. Patients with skeletal deformity;
3. Patients with previous fractures at the same site;
4. Patients with pathological fracture;
5. Patients with open fractures;
6. Patients with calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder;
7. Patients with unsatisfactory results of closed reduction.
