- •Resident in the district of Harz, Burgenlandkreis, Saalekreis or Salzlandkreis
- •- living in own home
- •- no contraindications for physical activity, independently mobile (with and without aids)
- •- existing or impending restrictions of mobility that endanger or impair participation
- •- Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the exercise instructions and complete the questionnaires
- •- written informed consent
