Inclusion Criteria
- •Resident in the district of Harz, Burgenlandkreis, Saalekreis or Salzlandkreis
- •\- living in own home
- •\- no contraindications for physical activity, independently mobile (with and without aids)
- •\- existing or impending restrictions of mobility that endanger or impair participation
- •\- Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the exercise instructions and complete the questionnaires
- •\- written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- severe dementia
- •\- acute mental illness (e.g. depression, psychosis)
- •\- bedriddenness
- •\- legal care
