Inclusion Criteria
obese population
overweight (23-24.9),obese 1(25-29.9),obese 2( >30)
(Asian BMI classification)
Exclusion Criteria
1. the patient has already been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea
2. patient underwent bariatric surgery
3. upper airway surgery
4. chronic obstructive lung disease
5.patient underwent treatment for obstructive sleep apnea
6. patient having history of myocardial infarction
