Inclusion Criteria

1. Have subclinical neck pain (SCNP), which refers to lower-grade neck dysfunction in which individuals have recurrent flare-ups of neck pain but have not yet sought regular treatment (Lee et al., 2004; 2005;2008), more than 3 months in the past of year (Xie et al., 2016)
2. Have pain level at rest at least mild level (from 3 score or greater) measured by Visual Analog Scale (Jensen et al., 2003)

Exclusion Criteria

1. Have jaw jerk positive (Cruccu, Ongerboer, 1999)
2.Have positive Spurling test (Thoomes et al., 2017)
3.Have history of previous cervical spine surgery (Rhee et al., 2009)
4.Have concurrently suffered from other locomotor disorders, such as cerebral palsy (CP), rheumatoid arthritis (RA) (Yukawa et al., 2008), bone/joint pain such as wrist and hand pain, back pain, hip pain, knee pain, ankle and foot pain (Bohannon et al., 2011),
5.Have a history of brain, comorbid neurological diseases, such as cerebral infarction or neuropathy (Machino et al., 2017)
6.Are pregnant (Richardson, Luksza, 1987)
7.Had taken any sedative drug or alcohol within the past 48 hours (Kim et al., 2012)
