Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pateints posted for elective infraumbilical surgery requiring epidural block
  • •2\.18 years to 65 years of age
  • •3\.ASA Grade 1 and 2
  • •4\.BMI less than or equals to 30

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pregnant patients
  • •2\.Patients with anticipated difficult epidural insertion such as spine deformity,previous spine surgery etc.
  • •3\)Infection at site of epidural insertion
  • •4\)History of allergy to local anaesthetic agent
  • •5\)Coagulopathy
