Inclusion Criteria

Age equal or superior to 60 years; of both genders; have four years or more of schooling; without cognitive deficits by the Mini Mental State Examination; without neuromotor deficiencies reported; without related cardiac and respiratory problems.

Exclusion Criteria

Be less than 60 years old; have indicative of cognitive deficits by the Mini Mental State Exam; have less than four years of schooling; to present neuromotor deficiencies; have heart and respiratory problems.
