Inclusion Criteria
1 PATIENT OF HAVING ANY AGE AND SEX
2 Patients having clinical feature of acute and chronic fissure in ano.
3 Patients having fissure with or without tag.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients having Parikartika (Fissure in Ano) secondary to known case of Ulcerative colitis, Crohnââ?¬•s disease, Syphilis and Tuberculosis, Malignancy will be excluded.
2 HIV, Hepatitis B and C positive patients.
3 Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease like Diabetes will be excluded
