Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The study will enroll participants 18 years of age or older who were considered as first time blood donor in Blood Donation Center of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital and have never donated blood anywhere before. The samples presented themselves as voluntary donor and donate without any remuneration. Participants must have the phone which can receive text messages. Participants have to be able to read and understand text messages.
Exclusion Criteria
- •We will exclude platelet or plasma donors. We will exclude donors whose purposes of blood donation are as follows: autologous donation, apheresis or blood letting. Donors will be excluded if they have a cause for deferral blood donation, an incomplete telephone number, no identified favored language. Patients who temporarily live in Thailand will be excluded from the study.
