入选标准
- •1. Adult PLWH in stage 2 (CD4 count between 350 cells/mm3 to 499 cells/mm3) aging between 18 and 49 years who come to Chittoor ART center for Anti-retro viral therapy.
- •2. who can spare 1 hour of time daily for 6 months for yoga training and practice as per the plan
- •3. who are otherwise healthy
排除标准
- •1. Who does not fall under stage 2 HIV infection
- •2. Pregnant women
- •3. Who have health care ailments other than HIV (active infection, psychiatric ailments, locomotor disabilities, opportunistic infections, TB, COVID and other communicable diseases)
- •4. Who already have practice of Yoga
- •5. Who attend < 70% of yoga training or practice sessions
