Comparison of two treatment arms of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Essai clinique de Phase II évaluant une chimitohérapie systémique associée au Cetuximab en traitement adjuvant chez des patients complètement résèques par chirurgie de leur carcinose péritonéale isolée d'origine colorectale. - COCHISE 1a survenue d'une carcinose péritonéale est un événement gravissime dans l'évolution d'un cancer colorectal. Le travail descriptif de Jayne et col estime la fréquence d'apparition de la carcinose à 13% des cas de cancers colorectaux, 60% d'entre elles étant synchrones. Le traitement de référence était la chimiothérapie systémique, dans un contexte palliatif avec une survie de 6 à 12 mois.
