  • •Females aged 18\-50 years.
  • •Premenopausal

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Type 1 diabetes,
  • •unstable cardiac condition,
  • •Significant musculoskeletal complaint that prevents participation in any exercise,
  • •Pregnant or planning pregnancy in the 12 months following surgery.
