- •Adult and elderly patients will be included in the study; of both sexes; who are between the 1st and 30th day of discharge after an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; who do not show suggestive cognitive damage on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE); in addition, those who have access to the internet and/or landline
排除标准
- •Patients with a clinical diagnosis of a new stroke will be excluded from the study; and those with no telephone contacts.
