1) Patients with chronic wounds that have not healed for more than one month or burns with Body Surface Area 3 percent or more
2) Patients undergoing split thickness skin graft for skin defect
3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of obtaining consent
4) Patients who have received sufficient explanation and understanding of the study, and have given their free written consent to participate in the study
1) Patients taking the following medications
Steroids,azathioprine,cyclophosphamide,cyclosporine,tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil, mizoribine, methotrexate, leflunomide
2) Patients diagnosed with malignant rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis
3)Other patients who are judged by the research physician to be unsuitable as test subjects.
