-Patient is allowed to stand up at the time of the interview and is undergoing inpatient treatment in the cardiology ward of the Clinic for Cardiology, Pneumology and Angiology or in the ward of the Clinic for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at university hospital Düsseldorf, Germany
-Patient is able to give informed consent to participate in the study
-Age <75 years
-Patient is not able to give informed consent to participate in the study
-Patient has dementia

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method main objective:<br>determination of the point prevalence of fall risk in hospitalized patients (= 75 years) with anticoagulation <br>- Before the patient is discharged, as soon as the patient is allowed to get up, the risk of falling is assessed with the help of the geriatric assessment. A physical examination with validated testing procedures is conducted and participants fill in questionnaires.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method secondary objectives:<br>determination of risk factors of falls<br>fall prevention by increasing muscular strength through exercises (enquire the scope of use of the exercise programme) <br>The patient will be contacted by telephone three months after the geriatric assessment and, if necessary, six and 12 months later. Questions are asked about the current health situation, current medications, events (falls, hospital admissions) and the extent of performing the physical training.
