Inclusion Criteria
1.18-35 years females
2.Rotterdam criteria for PCOS (i.e., presence of any 2 symptoms oligo ?anovulation, hyperandrogenism and polycystic ovaries).
3.BMI Ranging between 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2.
4.Individuals who can read and understand English
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant women
2.Breast feeding women
3.Malignancy
4.people already diagnosed with anxiety or depression or eating disorder and under medication.
