入选标准
- •Healthy adults aged 20 to 40 years
- •no history of musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular disorders
- •able to safely use axillary crutches after familiarization training
- •body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 25.0 kg
- •willing to participate and provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •History of upper or lower extremity injury within the previous 6 months
- •presence of pain or discomfort during walking
- •inability to complete treadmill walking according to the study protocol
- •known allergy to EMG electrodes or skin adhesive materials
- •any medical condition that may interfere with safe participation
