Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. female patient age equal or over 18 years old without condition of pregnancy or breastfeeding
- •2\. good communication with Thai language, Full of conciousness
- •3\. No drug abuse condition and no mental disorder
- •4\. Elective Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital
- •5\. ASA class I\-II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Emergency Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital
- •2\.History of malignancy
- •3\. Renal disease, Liver disease and Heart disease
- •4\. Allergic to Sulfa group, Nefopam hypochloride, Parecoxib and Morphine
- •5\. History of seizure
