Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. female patient age equal or over 18 years old without condition of pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • •2\. good communication with Thai language, Full of conciousness
  • •3\. No drug abuse condition and no mental disorder
  • •4\. Elective Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital
  • •5\. ASA class I\-II

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Emergency Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital
  • •2\.History of malignancy
  • •3\. Renal disease, Liver disease and Heart disease
  • •4\. Allergic to Sulfa group, Nefopam hypochloride, Parecoxib and Morphine
  • •5\. History of seizure
