1) Diagnostic criteria
The diagnostic criteria of western medicine refer to the criteria of depression in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders Third Edition (CCMD-3). The diagnostic criteria of TCM refer to the criteria of depressive syndrome in the Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria of TCM Diseases and Syndromes.
2) Inclusion criteria
Meet the above diagnostic criteria; Aged 12-18 years; Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, with certain expressive power; The total score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was more than 20 points. Approved by the ethics committee of our hospital and agreed to sign the informed consent form for the trial.
Patients with secondary depression caused by other organic lesions; Suffering from serious heart, liver, lung, renal dysfunction or serious diseases and infectious diseases; Adolescent females who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Take antibiotics, steroids, immunosuppressants and other drugs 2 weeks before evaluation; Have serious suicidal self-abuse tendency.
