Inclusion Criteria
age between40 to 60 years, cholesterol and triglycerides levels between 200-300 mg/dl, constant physical activity, diets and medications one month before and during the study,
Exclusion criteria:
Changes in physical activity, diets and medications during the study, use of antioxidants, coffee and chocolate, history of severe cardiovascular and renal diseases
