- •Patients aged between 18 to 60 years of ASA physical status I and II with informed written consent posted for elective thyroid surgeries will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •-GI bleeding disorder
- •- Allergy or sensitive to ketorolac, aspirin, or other NSAID
- •- Severe Cardiac,Renal, Hepatic insufficiency
- •- Coagulopathy, Severe bronchial asthma.
- •-Radiotherapy
- •-Previous analgesic and anti inflammatory treatment.
- •-Neurological alteration.
- •- Pregnancy n lactation
