This study is to assess the impact of Matchplay on muscle strength, flexibility, and perceived exertion levels in football players, focusing on the quadriceps and hamstrings.

• To evaluate the impact of match play on quadriceps and hamstring muscle strength.

• To analyse the impact of match play on flexibility.

• To assess the level of Perceived exertion associated with varying match play.

• To identify differences in response based on position and individual characteristics.

For measuring strength i am using Hand held dynamometer ,for flexibility sit and reach test and for fatigue borgs rate of Perceived exertion scale.

入选标准

  • 1.Players had to be regularly engaged in training and regular matchs 2.Only forwarders, mid fielders, defenders are taken for study.

排除标准

  • 1.Goal keepers were excluded from the analysis, (as their training & movement patterns differs to field players) 2.No skin infections in legs and open wound 3.On match injury •Recent history of strains, sprains and injury.
