Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients planning radical gastrectomy
2. Patients being treated for diabetes
3. Patients who can use the continuous blood glucose monitoring machine on their own

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who refused to participate in the study
2. Patients without a smartphone capable of using a continuous blood glucose monitoring machine
3. Patients who cannot use the continuous blood glucose monitoring machine by themselves due to diseases such as dementia
