Age between 18 – 70 years.
Ischemic stroke confirmed by brain magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography.
Patients who have had a stroke for 3 months and above.
Those who have Hemiplegia after a stroke.
If the walking pattern is abnormal and the walking speed is less than 0.8m / sec.
Modified Ranking scale (mRS) scores 3-5 at the time of enrolment.
Pre-stroke modified Rankin scale (mRS) less than or equal to 2.
The patients who understand the research and have voluntary participation.
Neurological conditions other than stroke like Guillian-barre syndrome, Chronic Inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculopathy, Parkinson’s disease, Transverse myelitis.
Patient who had stroke incidence before 1 year.
Patient without intact higher mental function and cognition assessed by MOCA scale .
Patients with grade 3 arthritis and traumatic injuries and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
Other chronic disabling pathologies orthopedic injuries that could impair locomotion.
Participating in other clinical trial within 30 days prior screening.
History of major depressive or other severe psychiatric disorders.
Current concomitant institution of traditional and/or complementary treatments for other or same condition.
