Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 History of plantar heel pain with stretch feeling for greater than one month.
  • 2 Pain and tenderness around the medial calcaneus bone.
  • 3 Presence of restricted ankle dorsiflexion motion.
  • 4 Patients who will give informed consent with discontinue pain medications during the study period.
  • 5 First step pain in morning.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 Any metal implants in foot and leg.
  • 2 Participants with diabetes mellitus.
  • 3 Presence of peripheral vascular disease.
  • 4 Neuropathic joints.
  • 5 Presence of a chronic medical conditions\-Malignancy Systemic inflammatory disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis Psoriatic arthritis Ankylosing spondylitis Septic arthritis etc.
  • 6 Corticosteroids injection in heel preceding 3 months.
