Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 History of plantar heel pain with stretch feeling for greater than one month.
- •2 Pain and tenderness around the medial calcaneus bone.
- •3 Presence of restricted ankle dorsiflexion motion.
- •4 Patients who will give informed consent with discontinue pain medications during the study period.
- •5 First step pain in morning.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Any metal implants in foot and leg.
- •2 Participants with diabetes mellitus.
- •3 Presence of peripheral vascular disease.
- •4 Neuropathic joints.
- •5 Presence of a chronic medical conditions\-Malignancy Systemic inflammatory disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis Psoriatic arthritis Ankylosing spondylitis Septic arthritis etc.
- •6 Corticosteroids injection in heel preceding 3 months.
