1 History of plantar heel pain with stretch feeling for greater than one month.
2 Pain and tenderness around the medial calcaneus bone.
3 Presence of restricted ankle dorsiflexion motion.
4 Patients who will give informed consent with discontinue pain medications during the study period.
5 First step pain in morning.
1 Any metal implants in foot and leg.
2 Participants with diabetes mellitus.
3 Presence of peripheral vascular disease.
4 Neuropathic joints.
5 Presence of a chronic medical conditions-Malignancy Systemic inflammatory disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis Psoriatic arthritis Ankylosing spondylitis Septic arthritis etc.
6 Corticosteroids injection in heel preceding 3 months.
