Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria and confirmed by inspection as having Acute as well as Chronic Fissure in Ano.
- •Patient of either gender of age between 20\- 60 years.
- •Patients of parikartika having systemic diseases like HTN and DM which are well under control by medication is also included.
- •Fissure in ano associated with first\- and second\-degree haemorrhoids are also included.
- •Pregnant and Lactating females are also included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Fissure in Ano secondary to ulcerative colitis, chron’s diseases, syphilis, HIV, HbsAg, tuberculosis, Ca of rectum.
- •Fissure in ano associated with other ano rectal disorders like Third\-degree and Fourth\-degree Haemorrhoids, fistula in ano, Perianal Abcess are also excluded.
