入选标准
- •Age equal or superior to 60 years; body mass index between 22 and 27; women should be in the postmenopausal period; not presenting acute or chronic unstable diseases; not have participated in physical training in the last three months; (metal implants, cardiac pacemaker, benign or malignant tumors, epilepsy, arrhythmias, aneurysms, gallstones / renal and recent deep venous thrombosis or phlebitis); not present a history of upper and lower limb injuries that prevent him from performing the exercise on the platform; sign the informed consent form.
