Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with a diagnosis of hypertension; Normotensive individuals; Both sexes; Adults over 40 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of unstable angina, thrombophlebitis, recent embolism, infection, atrioventricular block (without pacemakers), acute myocarditis or pericarditis, arrhythmias, untreated mitral stenosis, decompensated heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, ST segment depression, diabetes mellitus uncontrolled, fever, smokers, use of continuous analgesic, antidepressants, tranquillizers or any medication that could interfere with the nociceptive threshold, drugs and alcohol.
